Atostek<br \/>\nachieved full quality points in both areas.<\/p>\n<p>The framework agreement duration will be 4 years with 15 consulting<br \/>\ncompanies in each area. The total number of offers was 28 in area B<br \/>\nand 25 in area C.<\/p>\n<p>The request for tenders was arranged by KL-Kuntahankinnat Oy on the<br \/>\nbehalf of Finnish municipal organisations.
