The task was to create a modern user interface with drilling supervising and guidance features.<\/p>\n

Solution<\/h2>\n

Atostek developed a new user interface software for an industrial tablet PC. The advanced user interface is suitable for supervising the drill and the drilling project. Based on the data acquisition and visualisation, the error situations can be monitored. Atostek implemented the interface between the PC and the drilling automation hardware, selected the required technology, and finally, implemented, tested, and optimised the solution.<\/p>\n

Impact<\/h2>\n

The new user interface with the advanced features proved to be a key element to increase sales. The user interface supports the drilling procedure, provides guidance for the drill operator, logs operational data of the performed drilling, and prevents damages.<\/p>\n
