The integration into Finland\u2019s national social and healthcare infrastructure was carried out in close cooperation between Atostek and Cambio. The deployment proceeded even better than expected and marks the first implementation of its kind in Finland.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 id='atostek-and-cambio-combined-their-expertise'  id=\"boomdevs_1\">Atostek and Cambio combined their expertise<\/h2>\n<p>Atostek was responsible for integrating the system with Finland\u2019s national healthcare services and assisting Cambio in meeting Finland\u2019s strict regulatory and data security requirements. The deployment utilized <strong>Atostek\u2019s ERA service<\/strong>, which enabled electronic prescriptions and the archiving of vaccination data in Finland\u2019s national Kanta Services.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith our ERA service, any patient information system can be adapted to the Finnish national model cost-effectively and in full compliance with regulations,\u201d says <strong>Sampo Ojala<\/strong>, Account Manager at Atostek.<\/p>\n<h2 id='kanta-services-expanding-in-\u00e5land'  id=\"boomdevs_2\">Kanta Services expanding in \u00c5land<\/h2>\n<p>On September 26, 2025, the Government of \u00c5land decided to propose the broader adoption of Finland\u2019s Kanta Services beyond electronic prescriptions.<\/p>\n<p>This historic decision will make it possible, for example, to store patient record entries in Kanta directly from \u00c5land. The change will improve the flow of patient information and strengthen cooperation between \u00c5land and other healthcare organizations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis will enhance patient care and enable better treatment,\u201d says <strong>Dan Gustafsson<\/strong>, Chief Surgeon at \u00c5HS (\u00c5lands h\u00e4lso- och sjukv\u00e5rd).<\/p>\n<h2 id='successful-deployment-through-close-collaboration'  id=\"boomdevs_3\">Successful deployment through close collaboration<\/h2>\n<p>The deployment of the Cambio COSMIC system in \u00c5land proceeded smoothly and without major issues.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe implementation went even better than anticipated. All parties were highly committed to making it a success.
